figured I'd update the subject. No more carousing, brawling drunkards
and press ganged indigents. Now, we're all calmed down, makin' those
mortgage payments and growing flowers on our decks. Occasional
carousing is expected, but we're too well dressed for drunken brawling.
Everybody else rents."
